Our 3-D experience is on the verge of a radical shift. Many major civilizations from the Maya to the Hopi have predicted that this exact juncture in space/time is the closure of one Great Cosmic Cycle of the evolution of consciousness and the beginning of the next. This gestation of awareness is about to give birth to a whole new level of access to the multidimensional reality we actually exist in.  Like a massive intergalactic wave preparing to break, we are rapidly approaching the shores of a new way of being.

Many people, fed up with the apparent lack of truth and integrity in most, if not all, of our current institutional dogmas, have bravely taken it upon themselves to reconnect with Spirit in an experiential way.These same visionary pioneers have begun looking forward into the past via meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga, listening to our elders, spending time in Nature, doing sacred ceremony, green living, energy medicine, Shamanism, and studying the healing properties of sound, light, plants, and stones, to name just the tip of the iceberg. Deep within our cellular memory exists the real, authentic self that longs for a life of loving kindness, abundance, health, clean food and water, magic, and alignment with the Divine. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and it is our birthright to reactivate these decreasingly dormant potentials. In fact, some prophecies state that we must mature spiritually at this time, or soon we will cease to exist. We are merely neurons in a vast network of planetary intelligence, and the time is now to reconnect with and heal our interdependent Gaian web of life. We must ultimately take full responsibility for our part in this co-created reality.

Our earliest ancestors were completely at the mercy of the natural elements and thus were intimately interconnected with Nature. Unlike today, with our obsession to concur the natural world, pillage its resources, and define our successes in monetary terms, we were in a constant two-way dialog with the plants, animals, stones, elements, ancestors, and unseen forces that made up our very existence. They helped us, and we would respect and preserve them in return. We had to- it was how we survived!

We all used to be good listeners. We could sit by a stream and hear the water spirits tell us when the fish would come. We could walk through a field and be told to use the flower with the purple leaves when you get a sore throat. We would be visited by an animal in our dreams with a message. We could pick up a stone that caught our eye and feel the temperature change in our hand. We could stare at the fire and get messages from deceased relatives. We could stare into the infinite night sky and be humbled by our smallness.

Yet, there have always been those of us whom had even more 'access' (to some degree or another) to the multidimensional or transpersonal realms (realms that contain the resonances of all past, present, parallel, and future events, places, and beings) than the rest of us. They were our seers, healers, midwives, and shaman. These folks spent much of their time learning to navigate these special, 'sacred' spaces with the aid of our plant, animal, and stone allies in order to retrieve information for our benefit.

The more time we spend in meditation, sacred ceremony, or even just being truly present in our lives, the more refined our own awareness becomes. Deep in the midst of these times of increased perception, it is not uncommon for one to realize that 'we are not alone'. Indeed, we are cohabitating within a multidimensional soup of souls. We often will attract energies or entities that resonate with the different energies that make up our personal 'bandwidth'. For instance, the more we live in fear and anger, the more uncomfortable our lives become, because some energies literally 'feed' on these negative vibrations, and cohabitate your space. During this current time in history, the 'veil between dimensions' is getting thinner and thinner, thus exposing to us just what we are attracting and therefore, co-creating.

In the same way an herbalist may create a soup of medicinal herbs for your fever, stone allies can be called upon to help you heal energetic imbalances. Everything in the universe, from bones to rocks to light to thoughts, is made of energy. Among other things such as water, our bodies are also made up of minerals- as are stones.
